Ordering custom t-shirts from WhoopTee.com is easy. All you have to do is design a shirt, press a couple buttons, and your shirt or shirts will show up at your door in two weeks shipped for free. Now, ordering for a group of kids? That can be a bit more tricky. Never fear, we have a guide for the parent or teacher looking to order group shirts.

Gage Interest

First, you need to know how many kids will want shirts. This can be done a couple of ways. You can send out order forms to parents. You can also just ask the kids how many want a shirt to get a rough idea. This isn’t a final tally, just an idea.

Get a Free Quote

If you want to have a final number for parents before asking for orders, enter in the amount of shirts you think you’ll need, and other details, like the amount of colors in the design, to our free quote tool. This will give you a breakdown of the price per shirt for your design. You will know exactly how much each shirt will cost you per shirt, and can then pass that along to the parents. If your interest gaging didn’t turn up anything concrete, just check based on the size of your class and charge accordingly.

Pass out Order Forms

Have your students fill out order forms with their t-shirt size. Have the parents pay with the order form. This way you have the money, and the sizes and quantity of shirts you’ll need ready to go and can order it with no worries.

Hang on To the Order Forms

Once you get your t-shirt order, you can use the order forms to help you sort the shirts and mark orders for each student. Find the size on their order form, and put a post-it note with their name on it.
